Our History
From humble beginnings, Attention to Detail has grown to become a very successful deck coating and Concierge Services business in Darwin and Palmerston.
In 2000, Brenda Bagshaw left her position with a civil engineering company in Darwin to start a family. By 2003, Brenda was at home with two young children and no income. Always a diligent cleaner/organiser, friends had often commented on the quality of Brenda's organisational skills - with many joking they'd love her to organise their home.
Since 2003 Brenda has cleaned and organised homes after attending an ENJO demonstration of fibre based environmentally friendly cleaning products that are a healthier way to clean. Brenda became a consultant and often during ENJO demonstrations people were impressed with her cleaning and asked if she was available to clean their homes. It wasn't long before our clients were requesting that Brenda help organise and declutter their home along with look after their home whilst they were on holidays. House cleaning was the entry point into the industry and ATD has now become a highly sought after service including a range of Personal Concierge services- from Household management, Servicing homes & apartments for clients who travel regularly or live overseas right through to organising and decluttering your home or office. We also help you with setting up digital filing systems for your computer, tablet, emails and files. We organise your spaces such as wardrobes, cupboards, garages, decluttering unwanted items, facilitating downsizing and moving homes, offering non-judgemental advice. We can manage and mind your property whilst you are on holidays or for FIFO workers, including checking and forwarding mail, removing junk mail, putting out /bringing in bins, feeding animals, collecting/pets, checking and watering gardens and preparing for your arrival home. Offering services from turning on the hotwater system, for your return to cleaning out your fridge and doing food shopping for your return. We also organise Handy men to come and repair all those little repairs that need doing around your home, whether it be to put up blinds, to repairs curtains, if we can do it we will.
ATD has training and standards, with a dedication to evolvement where necessary. ATD is always open to client feedback, never too proud to incorporate improvements into daily operations.
